Auction for farm lease in Gialova lagoon/Profitable investment with other side effects

Auction to lease the fishing exploit the public farm in Yalova lagoon will be held on April 29 at the offices of Property Agency in Kalamata. According to the declaration, the lease is 5 years and starting from the date of signature of the contract and ends on the last day of February 2019 . Minimum amount of first offer annual rent is set at 15,000 euros.
The Declaration also stated that " during the period of inflow  from March 1 until the end of June , the lessee is required for unobstructed operation of inflow mouth and Removingparts of the farm . In no event and under no circumstances shall the lessee closed with casual or permanent works the communication channel of the farm to the sea , thus ensuring the renewal of water and the normal functioning of the ecosystem . "
